By accessing or using RackReady, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

RackReady provides a product import automation tool that helps boutique owners convert purchase orders into Shopify product listings using AI-powered extraction and generation.

3. Account Registration

To use RackReady, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Shopify Integration

By connecting your Shopify store, you authorize RackReady to access your store's API to create, update, and manage products on your behalf. You remain responsible for all products published to your store.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the service to distribute malware or spam
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

6. Image Rights & User Content

By uploading images or other content to RackReady, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the copyright to the content, OR
  • You have obtained a valid license from the copyright holder authorizing commercial use, OR
  • The content is provided by your vendor/supplier with rights for commercial use on your store, OR
  • The content is in the public domain or licensed under terms permitting commercial use

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RackReady from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your upload of content that infringes on third-party rights. RackReady reserves the right to remove any content that we believe, in our sole discretion, may violate these terms or expose us to liability.

DMCA Compliance: If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at legal@rackready.ai with a DMCA takedown notice.

7. AI-Generated Content

RackReady uses AI to generate product titles and descriptions. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

8. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

9. Product Limits

Each plan includes a monthly product limit. Unused products do not roll over. If you exceed your limit, you may purchase additional products or upgrade your plan.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

11. Intellectual Property

RackReady and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RackReady and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

RackReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RackReady and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
